How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We are currently working on shortening delivery times. Our stocks are currently limited because we are a small company that is working on growth. Since our online shop is 100% self-financed, we are unfortunately not able to keep our stocks high enough to deliver every product within 48 hours. However, we are always trying to work on our stocks so that you too will receive your goods in a short time.
With your purchase you have supported a small three-person company from Hamburg and not a chain of companies.
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 7-21 days.
The delivery time begins on the day on which the goods left our warehouse and were therefore dispatched.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
No! We deliver your order free of charge within Germany.
Can I track my delivery with a tracking number?
Yes, as soon as the delivery has been sent you will receive a tracking number from us with all further details and a link where you can track your order.
Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your shipment to be tracked.

How do I get a return label?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue you with a free return label. However, we will send your goods to you free of charge if you order within Germany.
In what condition must the product be returned?
The product must be returned in perfect condition. If, for example, you try a dog jacket on your dog and it does not fit, please make sure that you remove all hair from the dog jacket.
If the item is returned damaged or dirty, you can cancel your order and return it, but we reserve the right to claim a refund.
Where do I have to send the item?
If you would like to return an item or your order, you can return the item or your order to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How can I cancel my order?
As stated on the website, an order can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours. However, if your order has already been dispatched, even if you are still within the first 24 hours, then unfortunately cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, we are unfortunately no longer able to stop the dispatch and therefore your order can no longer be cancelled.
During this time, please send us an email and reply again to the automatic email so that we receive your cancellation request.
If you do not respond to the automatic email again, we will consider your request resolved and will send your order to you.
After the first 24 hours, you can only exercise your right of cancellation after receiving the goods. This right begins with receipt of the goods and ends after 14 days. You can find all information about this on our website .
What happens if I refuse to accept my delivery?
If you refuse acceptance, the item will be sent to the address printed on the package.
This address is usually that of an external packaging service provider who does not accept returns and therefore the packages are destroyed.
Therefore, refusing to accept the package does not trigger an official cancellation.
